Although COVID-19 is on the decline, there is still a limited housing inventory. According to Realtor.com, the national inventory of active listings have declined 53% in the past year. Because of this, listing prices are on the rises as well. The median national home price grew by over 17% That’s not stopping buyers, however. Many homes are under contract in just a few days. This month, the typical home spent 43 days on the market – 20 days less than in 2020.
