Hi, I’m Rachel Lanier! Over the past decade, I’ve been proud to help others find homes that bring them a sense of peace and purpose in the Lynchburg-Smith Mountain Lake region. Beyond my work as a real estate agent, I wear many hats—handling graphic design, marketing, and business administration for The Realty Group Team at Keller Williams.

My love for homes goes far beyond real estate. I’m a creative soul with a passion for interior design and an eye for antiques that strike the perfect balance of charm and function. I love maximalist design with plenty of patterns, and I’m especially drawn to layered florals that bring visual interest and unique character to a space.

When I’m not working, I’m usually enjoying life with my ever-loyal shadow and 100-pound canine co-pilot, Finn, or tending to my flock of 10 quirky chickens, including Clementine, who’s basically a feathery foodie. (Yes, she will actually follow me into the kitchen to beg for treats!)

Originally from small-town North Carolina, I’ve called the Lynchburg area home for the past 15 years, cherishing its natural beauty, hiking trails, and scenic drives. Still, the beaches of North Carolina hold a special place in my heart—the ocean is my happy place, a cure-all for the soul.
