Kim Wood

Kim was born and raised in Botetourt County Virginia and has enjoyed residing in the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake area since 2007. Kim graduated from Roanoke College with a degree in business and spent the first several years of her career in the equipment industry. 

Fast forward 15 years, Kim was offered an opportunity to work in healthcare marketing and worked as the vice president of business development for a healthcare publication based in Virginia. This enabled Kim the opportunity to work with and become friends with many local physicians and healthcare administrators. 

After Covid-19 and much reflection, Kim decided to follow her dream in Real Estate and specialize in her love of horse properties, land, and lake properties. She is honored to help you with your next home journey! 

A few fun facts about Kim: She has two beautiful daughters, loves her horses, has played the banjo since she was 9 years old, and lastly enjoys fishing with her family at Smith Mountain Lake!
