The Realty Group Team at Keller Williams is a luxury real estate team founded by Teresa Grant in 2007. Teresa launched the Lynchburg Keller Williams franchise in 2012 and grew it to be the number one brokerage in the market before selling the franchise in 2022 to focus exclusively on her Smith Mountain Lake team and luxury clientele. The team closed $39M+ across 97 properties in 2025. About 75% of business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
